The First Appointment
This will be with an Assessment counsellor who will explore the issues that have brought you to us. The Assessor has experience in assessing people’s problems and will be able to discuss whether counselling is likely to be the most useful way ahead.
Counselling may not be the right kind of help for everybody, and if this is the case the Centre can assist in finding alternatives.
